Shareholders
Authorized capital of the Russ-Bank consists of principal values of shares of bought by its shareholders. Authorized capital of the Bank defines minimal size of the Bank property guaranteeing interests of its creditors.
Authorized capital of a Bank is formed at the sum of 1 555 410 000 rubles and is divided into 3 330 000 common nominal shares with nominal value of 500 rubles each and 6660 privileged nominal shares with the defined size of dividend with nominal value of 500 rubles each.
